Crabapple Cottage

This delightful former artist’s cottage, in a tranquil and beautiful setting surrounded by its beautiful established cold climate garden, is in a quiet area of Wentworth Falls on a side road with very little local traffic.

Not far away is the village, with its antique shops, restaurants, cafes, bakery and small local supermarkets.  The  cottage is an easy stroll  to the renowned Conservation Hut which is an ideal spot on a misty mountains day with its log fire, or on a balmy sunny summer’s day with its fine views from the deck; perfect for a coffee or relaxing lunch.   Also only a 5 minute drive from the house are the fabulous Wentworth Falls, with spectacular views over the Jamison Valley and where you will  find several walks, from easy to  strenuous.

Or you can just stay and relax. The house is a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy the garden, especially in its glory in spring, abundant with blossoms and again when it is showing off its autumn hues.

On the doorstep of Wentworth Falls is the whole of the Blue Mountains National Park with all that it has to offer.

Just a few kilometres further along the highway is Leura, a bustling village with a lively shopping area and home to many beautiful gardens, many of which are open to the public at various times of the year.  Keep an eye on the website to find out more during the Open Gardens Scheme for weekday specials.
